Create Your Free DDX Account
If you don't already have a DDX account, click the "Create Your Free Account" button below. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes. DDX is the platform that connects you to Reimagine Dental Lab.
Already have a DDX account? Skip ahead to step 2.
Select Reimagine Dental Laboratory
Once logged in to DDX, search for and select Reimagine Dental Laboratory as your lab provider. This connects your practice directly to our team so we can receive and process your cases.
You only need to do this once — we'll be your default lab going forward.
Choose Your Product & Submit a Case
Browse our product catalog — crowns, bridges, implants, guards, and more — and select the restoration you need. Fill out all pertinent case information including patient details, shade, material preference, and any special instructions.

Upload Your Digital File
Upload your digital scan or impression file directly through the DDX platform. Our lab accepts all major digital file formats. Ensure all case details are complete and accurate before submitting.
Double-check shade selection, margin details, and occlusion notes for best results.
Submit the Case
Review your case details one final time, then hit submit. You'll receive a confirmation and can track your order status in real time through your DDX dashboard. Expect delivery in as little as 3 business days.
